Finalize your order without stress
You have chosen your seats and checked your basket: all that remains is to finalize. This is the step that sometimes makes you a little nervous, especially when it's time to pay. However, it is marked and entirely under your control: nothing is validated until you have confirmed. This guide takes you step by step, from the summary to the purchase confirmation, to finalize your order with complete peace of mind.
What happens at this stage
Finalizing means confirming your order and then paying for it. You will reread a 'T0' summary 'T1', indicate your 'T2' means of payment 'T3', perhaps validate the transaction with your bank, then receive a 'T4' confirmation 'T5'. Each step requires your agreement: you can stop before payment if something seems incorrect to you. Take your time, read the screens, and everything will be fine.
Finalize your order, step by step
- 1
Reread the recap
Check the date, category, number of tickets, any fees and the total amount to be paid one last time.
- 2
Fill in your information
Include your email and, if requested, your name and contact details. This is where your confirmation will arrive.
- 3
Choose your payment method
Most often bank card, sometimes online wallet. Select the one that suits you.
- 4
Validate the payment securely
On the secure page, your bank can request confirmation by SMS or via its application.
- 5
Wait for on-screen confirmation
Do not close the page straight away: a message confirms that the order has been placed.
- 6
Collect your confirmation and ticket
You receive a summary email, then your e-ticket by email or in your account.
After payment, the right actions
- Check the 'T0' confirmation message 'T1' on the screen, then the summary email.
- Write down or keep your 'T0' order number 'T1': it is useful in case of questions.
- Look at your customer account : the ticket is often there, in addition to the email.
- If the ticket doesn't arrive straight away, take a look at your 'T0' junk mail 'T1'.
- In case of 'T0' delayed sending 'T1', wait until the date announced on the event page.
What if the payment appears to fail?
Before trying again, check your mailbox and your account: the order was sometimes successfully recorded despite a screen that seemed blocked. Avoid restarting the payment several times in a row, at the risk of creating duplicates. If nothing appears, wait a few minutes then start again calmly. By keeping your order number and confirmation email, you keep everything you need to check or contact customer service if necessary.
