Modify your order after purchase: what is possible
Have you spotted an error or would you like to change a detail of your order? Above all, keep calm: depending on the event, some modifications are possible, others not, but there is almost always a procedure to follow. This guide explains what can generally be changed, how to go about it, and what to do when change is not possible directly.
What can often be modified (or not)
The possibilities for modification depend on the ticket office and the conditions of the event. Generally speaking, correcting contact information like an email address is often simpler than changing the date, category or name on a ticket. Certain elements, once the order has been validated, are frozen for practical or security reasons. The golden rule: first consult the conditions displayed on your confirmation or the event page.
